Travel to Milan

TI 1

Milano is the Italian town that is best connected to the rest of the country and to Europe. National and international connections as well as the number of bus and subway connections have been notably improved for EXPO 2015.
The congress venue is in Milano's Historic Centre, Via Festa del Perdono 7; the nearest underground stations (metro/subway) are MISSORI (Line M3, 450 meters to the venue) and DUOMO (Line M1 and M3, 650 meters to the venue).

By Train

There are five railway stations in Milano. Most trains arrive at the Central Train Station (Centrale FS); Missori (Line M3) is five underground stops from Centrale FS. The city centre can be reached from Centrale FS by underground lines M2 and M3.
Other important train stations are: Porta Garibaldi FS (Line M2) and Cadorna FS (Line M1).

By Airplane

Three international airports are located in the surrounding of Milano: Malpensa (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2), Linate and Orio al Serio. They are all connected to Milano downtown.

From Milano-Malpensa airport you can reach the city centre by:
- Rail lines Malpensa Express to Cadorna (Line M1) or Centrale FS (Lines M2, M3)
